RuidaAds is operated by Ruida Heng Technology Inc., a Colorado corporation. We buy and sell performance traffic across push, in-page, popunder and native inventory — with manual supply review and billing that reflects delivery, not promises.
What we do
We operate a performance ad network: advertisers fund a prepaid balance and buy traffic by format and GEO; publishers add our tags to their sites and apps and earn a share of the revenue that inventory generates. The platform handles targeting, delivery, fraud filtering, reporting and payouts.
How we work
Supply is reviewed by hand — there is no open self-serve signup for publishers. Every ad request is scored before an impression is billed, and confirmed invalid traffic is removed from advertiser invoices. Publishers are paid weekly from $50, because a network is only as good as its last payout.

Creative standards
No misleading claims, fake system alerts, adult content or malware. Creatives are reviewed before delivery and re-reviewed after complaints.
Traffic quality
Publishers confirm the source of their traffic and are monitored for abnormal click or conversion patterns. Confirmed fraud ends the agreement.
