Is there a monthly platform fee?
No. You pay for delivered traffic only. There are no subscription fees, minimum monthly spend or setup charges.
What happens to unused balance?
Prepaid balance stays on your account and does not expire while the account is active. It is applied to any campaign you launch, in any format.
How do I pay?
Checkout reserves your deposit and our team emails bank transfer instructions within one business day. Online card payment is being rolled out and is shown as coming soon at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Unused funds are refundable to the original payment source within 30 days, minus transfer fees, provided the account has no open fraud review.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Accounts above $10,000 per month receive negotiated CPMs and a dedicated account manager. Talk to us before funding the account.
Are prices per thousand impressions?
Yes — all CPM figures are USD per 1,000 impressions. Final rates depend on GEO, device, targeting depth and creative quality.
