1. Agreement

By creating an account, funding a balance or adding a tag, you agree to these terms, the Advertising & Anti-Fraud Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you are contracting for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Advertising services

Advertisers buy traffic on a prepaid basis. Deposits are not a guarantee of delivery: traffic availability depends on targeting, GEO and creative approval. CPMs quoted on the site are reference ranges; the rate applicable to a campaign is the rate shown in the account.

3. Billing and refunds

• Deposits are prepaid and applied to delivered traffic only.
• Unused balance does not expire while the account is active.
• Unused funds may be refunded within 30 days of the last deposit, minus transfer fees, provided no fraud review is open.
• Charges for delivered traffic are final, except where invalid traffic credits apply.

4. Creative and landing pages

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of creatives and landing pages, for any required licences, and for compliance with the laws of the countries targeted. We may reject or pause any creative that violates the Advertising & Anti-Fraud Policy.

5. Publisher obligations

Publishers confirm they own or are authorised to monetize the submitted properties, that traffic is generated legitimately, and that ad placements do not obscure content, trigger downloads or mislead users. Incentivised clicks, bots, popup stacking and forced redirects are prohibited.

6. Publisher payouts

Approved publishers are paid weekly from $50, subject to a 7-day quality review of newly integrated inventory. We may withhold amounts tied to traffic under investigation and will explain any hold in writing.

7. Prohibited activity

No adult content, pirated media, malware, counterfeit goods, unlicensed gambling, financial scams, or offers that impersonate a system or security alert. No attempts to manipulate reporting or circumvent fraud controls.

8. Suspension and termination

Either party may close the account with written notice. We may suspend an account immediately for suspected fraud, illegal content or non-payment. Earned but unpaid publisher balances remain payable after termination, subject to a completed quality review.

9. Disclaimers

The network is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific volumes, CPMs, conversion rates or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid or were owed in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
